Aim. The aim of the study is to perform psychological and psychophysiological analysis of the features of stress resistance that provide adaptation of medical personnel in the situation of uncertainty. Materials and methods. The study involved: 125 students of III and IV years of study majoring in “Treatment” and “Nursing”; 95 internship doctors 2-3 years of training in various specializations. 36.84% of the total numbers of studied internship doctors were those whose specialization is characterized by an increased level of stress. Methods: correlation analysis, tests with standardized questionnaires. Result. It was found that the manifestation of open, direct aggression by respondents is an acceptable strategy of interaction, which does not significantly affect adaptability. It has been studied that hostility, as an internal directive of the personality, is often not observed externally and determines the decrease in emotional comfort and violation of adaptation. Conclusions. It is proved that adaptive activity as a system-forming factor is accompanied by a number of psychological, biological and social processes and collectively forms the stress resistance of the personality. It is indicated that the immune system is an important part of the functional systems that form the biological factor of functional diagnosis at the stage of low stress resistance and borderline disorders. It is noted that it is appropriate to use functional diagnosis as a basis for diagnosing a person’s mental state in the development of stress resistance.

The article examines the socio-psychological features of youth self-realization and its sustainability in internal and external dimensions. The specifics and difficulties of studying the problem of self-realization of young people are determined by the growing mediation of the social realization of young people by socio-cultural factors. In this study of the problems of social and personal development of youth, it is appropriate to use a sociocultural approach, within which social processes are considered from the standpoint of their determination by elements of the cultural process (values, norms, models, beliefs, knowledge). It is the sociocultural approach that makes it possible to study the self-realization of youth through the analysis of the value orientations of the individual as the main motivational and meaningful mechanisms of self-affirmation that direct and regulate their life activities, which becomes especially relevant in the era of social changes and the complication of public life. The study of social and cultural factors affecting the process of self-realization of an individual creates opportunities for adequate generalization of disparate facts in the field of social development of youth and identification of trends in the implementation of social self-realization of modern young people. Realization of personal values is carried out in the process of life, the main spheres of which are educational and professional activity, socio-political activity, the sphere of family and household relations and leisure. Hierarchy of values-goals of the individual, concentrated in each of the spheres of life, determines the inequality of these spheres for its self-realization. The most significant spheres of self-realization of young people are the family-household and educational-professional spheres related to the vital needs of young people. Key words: youth, self-realization, hardiness.
Abstract. The article deals with the problem of spiritual and personal development of the individual, which is relevant both in science and in social practice. The urgency of this problem is due to reasons of several types: First, the current youth committed to the fullest identify and implement their capacity as seeks to "meet" the modern world as an "equal partner"; secondly, to modern human problem of implementation of all its possibilities connected with quite influential social trends of today derived from "the need for self-actualization", which has acquired the status of social need and value in modern society. The research shows modern approach to spiritual and personal development of young people. We presented the idea of an integrated approach to nature, mechanisms spiritual and personal development of young people. It was established that the sociopsychological meaning of spiritual and personal development of students is the realization of cognitive-intellectual, sensory, emotional, volitional, creative potential, the implementation of advanced qualitative and quantitative change in the value orientations and actions that result in achieving mental integrity and harmony. We established that this can be interpreted as a form of art, because it is individual knowledge of nature, the discovery of own possibilities and implementation.
