This research has endeavored to examine the presumed causative relations between a set of mall attractiveness dimensions that were identified during the recent literature review as determinants of impulse buying and post-purchase cognitive dissonance, using a sample of 400 customers from Egypt Malls. Pearson correlation coefficient was used in order to determine the correlation between research variables, result in a significant positive relationship between these variables, in addition; regression and path models were used to test the effect hypotheses of the research and to reveal the total effects (direct and indirect) of mall attractiveness dimensions on post-purchase cognitive dissonance when impulse buying inserted as a mediator. The results showed a positive significant effect for all dimensions of mall attractiveness on impulse buying and post-purchase cognitive dissonance, except for the attractiveness of services that also found to have a significant effect on both impulse buying and post-purchase cognitive dissonance, but it was a negative effect, and finally it was found that impulse buying fully mediated the relationship between all of these dimensions and post-purchase cognitive dissonance.
This research aims to determine the controlling and moderating role of the big five personality factors in the relationship between incivility behavior at workplace and counter productive work behavior (CPWB) applied to staff of nurses at the general and central hospitals in Dakahlia governorate .sample size is 344 respondants and sample type is random stratified , respondant rate is 69.5%. Research results showed that there are positive and negative correlations between some dimensions of incivility behavior in workplace and counter productive work behaviors (CPWB) in hospitals , the results also showed that there is a positive significant effect for the doctors incivility behavior on individual-oriented CPWB.R2 is 9.1% sig. 1% .There is no significant effects for all sources of incivility behavior on organization-oriented CPWB .
This study aimed to examine the effect of Workplace aggression exposure on Counterproductive Work Behaviors Directed to the organization, applied to nurses in hospitals of Mansoura University . We collect data From 358 nurse. And the Findings revealed that there is a positive relationship between psychological aggression and Physical aggression exposure and Counterproductive Work Behaviors Directed to the organization. There is also a significant effect of psychological aggression exposure in the workplace on production deviance, theft, and withdrawal. While there was no significant effect of exposure to psychological aggression in the workplace on Sabotage. There is also a significant effect of exposure to physical aggression in the workplace on production devianc, theft, and Sabotage. While there was no significant effect of exposure to physical aggression in the workplace on withdrawal.
