Moreover 血 egl 。bal system such as GMDSS and the Japan coastal emergency 。all 118 often 。ause a misinf 。 a廿on problem , We have reported and evaluated a rescue system f{〕r 1皿 an −overboard accident . In our previous papers , we proposed a local roscue systom to avoid the misinformation and evaiuated the mobile devices , which can send the emergency signal w 曲 thc position infomlation . AlthGugh this rescue system is very usefu1 , it is not employed wide1 》-since the priority fbr such a rescue system is lower than the other day − use system . In this paper , we propose a fusion of the rcscue system and the monitoring system , whioh has boon in operation , to put the rescue system to practical uso , The experimcntal results show that the monito 血 lg system 孟 s suited for the rescue system and it is very effective to combine the mobile device and the safety jacket .
