A B2C Business Agenda: Analyzing Customers’ Perceptions towards Bumiputera Retailers

Abstract: In business retailing, the exploration of studies on consumer demographics, behaviour, attitude and attribute are useful as a framework for profiling consumer's ultimate choice in retail purchasing.
