“…It is noteworthy that although meditation-based interventions have been only recently proposed in the fields of physical activity and public health (Birrer et al, 2012), they have been utilized quite extensively in other realms of knowledge such as clinical psychology, behavioral medicine, and psychiatry (Körner et al, 2015;Janssen et al, 2018).
