It is very challenging to regulate emerging innovations in the rapid evolution of online education, especially during the pandemic of Covid-19. Modern online learning systems must take both educational and technological factors into account. For learning purposes, universities have attempted to facilitate their students with online learning practices and phases using emerging technologies. In this study, the online student platform for humanities and social sciences students (HUSO-OPS) was developed using the user-centric, TPACK, and V-model design. Especially, the V-model mostly focused on the field of app engineering online learning network coordination. The 5-axis framework was to enhance the TPACK model to address online learning in more detail about pedagogy, content, movement technology, and the learner profile. The development also concerns the content as well as the context of learning. This research demonstrates the outstanding use of the HUSO-OPS platform during the global pandemic of Covid-19. They explain the different factors involved and the successful interconnections needed for optimum and efficient online learning implementation. The balance of the five parts on the online learning platform in design or consultation is a plural reflection matter.

Setiap anak berhak mendapat pendidikan untuk mengembangkan potensi yang ada dalam dirinya, tidak terkecuali bagi mereka yang memiliki perbedaan dalam kemampuan atau yang sering disebut dengan istilah difabel. Pengembangan video animasi pembelajaran untuk siswa tunarungu bertujuan untuk menghasilkan, mengetahui kelayakan video animasi dan respon siswa tunarungu terhadap video animasi pembelajaran pembentukan karakter. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan Sadiman. Hasil dari pengembangan ini adalah sebuah video animasi pembelajaran pembentukan karakter. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil dari ahli media 94%, ahli materi 92%, uji coba kelompok besar 91%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, video animasi pembelajaran pada materi pembentukan karakter dinyatakan valid, layak dan cukup efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Dengan demikian video animasi dapat digunakan untuk kebutuhan pembelajaran.

The objective of this experiment report was to describe the development of studies of authorship tools and creation of educational resources carried out in 2017 by 12 students of the Doctoral Course in “Informatics in Education” of the “Anonymous Institution - Details omitted for double-blind reviewing”, 6 students of the Teleducation discipline and 6 students of the discipline of Hyperdocuments as Teaching Material. The impacts of the use of an authoring tool in the teaching-learning process were explored, focusing the analysis in descriptive aspects. It was concluded that the use of H5P contributed to discussions and reflections on authoring tools, also it was possible to establish an effective relationship between theory and practice, and its use proved to be satisfactory as well as promising for the teaching-learning process.
