A highly sensitive fluorimetric protocol based on isoindole formation for determination of gabapentin

Abstract: A new, simple, highly sensitive and selective spectrofluorimetric method was developed for determination of gabapentin through its derivatization with o-phthalaldehyde in the presence of 2-mercaptoethanol.
