-This article describes the development of medical expert system for diagnosis of human diseases [MExS]. MExS can be used to perform some statistical evaluations on patient's symptoms which we find in our daily life, to detect the particular disease. It is a decision support system based on the symptoms. We describe a new method to creating weighted fuzzy set rule to deal with the medical diagnosing problems from the training data. It is a causal rule (whose "IF" part truly causes the "THEN" part to happen as an effect) based medical diagnosis expert system. The researchers are try to advance to develop software that will assist the doctors, physician or a normal human being in making right decision without any consultation with the specialist. The aim of this paper is to develop a single expert which deals with the diseases of liver, kidney, ENT, MD, blood, nervous system, eye, and skin. This expert system is a collection of different specialists related to human into a single unit to predict the human diseases.

Due to the rapid use of various applications, the information is collected from these applications are vague and improper but the crisp information is an important part of any objectoriented database in the current scenario. As an uncertainty orvagueness in any database is represented through the fuzzy techniques, an object-oriented database is very efficient in handling that kind of fuzziness and complex database model. Therefore, the limited research work has done to designing and representing a fuzzy object-oriented database through UML, for that purpose, a domain of hospital has been taken for diagnosis the patient for various diseases with their uncertain input values (disease sign, symptoms, and pathology test result values). This will enhance the functioning of the developed software design on the present approach. A UML class & Sequence diagram are also designed for representing the complete process of registration and diagnosis of patients and design the fuzzy object-oriented database i.e. FOOD through the SQL server 2008.

Abstract-In our present environment, heart diseases are very rampart and they describe the various types of diseases that affect the heart. They account for the leading cause of death word-wide especially, in Africa. It is therefore very important for individuals to have adequate knowledge of their heart health in order to avoid the risk of decreased life expectancy. The high mortality rate of heart (cardiovascular) diseases is attributed to the unequal ratio of patients to scarcity of medical experts who can provide medical care, also patients are not always warned to waiting long hours on queue in the hospital, especially in cases of emergency. This paper designed and implemented a Mobile Neuro-fuzzy System that uses the combination of the intelligent technique of Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and the human-like reasoning style of Fuzzy Logic to diagnose and suggest possible treatments for cardiovascular diseases through interactivity with user. It employs programs like MySQL, PHP, JAVA (Android) and XML (Android Studio) while tools like XAMPP, PhpStorm and Android O/S were used to integrate these techniques together. The system proved to be of enormous advantage in diagnosing heart diseases, as it diagnoses and learns about each user per time, to provide adequate and appropriate results and also makes reliable predictions to users.
