A resiliência em trabalhadores da área da enfermagem

Abstract: O objetivo deste estudo foi investigar o nível de resiliência dos trabalhadores de enfermagem, visando ao conhecimento das fraquezas e fortalezas desse profissional diante das adversidades a que está submetido. Participaram enfermeiros e auxiliares de enfermagem da rede pública de saúde.
