A testing procedure for the new, electronic revenue energy meters

Abstract: Electric energy meters have been always designed\ud to account energy under sinusoidal conditions and therefore no\ud uncertainty specification was provided outside these conditions.\ud This was considered acceptable when voltage and current distortion\ud levels were low and the old, well known induction meters\ud were used.
