Access, Efficiency, Inconvenience, and Scarcity as Issues of Online and Distance Learning in Higher Education

Abstract: <p style="text-align: justify;">This study aimed to explore online and distance learning (ODL) issues related to higher education during the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nepal.
