Acervo de materiais educativos sobre hanseníase: um dispositivo da memória e das práticas comunicativas

Abstract

Neste trabalho objetiva-se: descrever o processo de elaboração de um banco de 276 materiais sobre hanseníase produzidos por instituições públicas e não-governamentais, entre 1972-2008; analisar o tipo, o público e os objetivos. O banco foi elaborado numa base eletrônica de dados, contendo a análise descritiva e temática e um link para o documento completo dos materiais. Os materiais destinam-se ao público em geral (75%), profissionais de saúde (12%), público infanto-juvenil (6%), portadores de hanseníase (3%) e outros (4%). Predominam panfletos (26%), folhetos (24%), cartazes (23%), seguidos de cartilhas (15%), álbuns seriados (3%) e outros (9%). Objetivam aumentar a autossuspeição, detecção de casos e divulgar os serviços de saúde. Predomina o discurso biomédico, a linguagem técnica-prescritiva e as relações hierarquizadas entre enunciador-destinatário.

Validation of Brazilian educational technology for disseminating knowledge on leprosy to adolescents

This database presents 276 materials, being only 6% aimed to children and adolescents, 1% to specific school audience, and 0.7% are games (a board game and a CD-ROM with word-search activities, memory game, and quizzes), it was elaborated after extensive data collection with Public Institutions and Non-Governmental Organizations (10) .
