Acute Genital Ulcers in a Virgin Adolescent Girl: A Case Report and Literature Review

Abstract: Acute genital ulcer (AGU) is a painful ulceration of genitalia that presents in especially virgin young women. The differential diagnosis includes venereal (sexually) and non-venereal (non-sexually) transmitted infections, non-infectious diseases, drug reactions, autoimmune conditions, traumatic causes and malignant.
