“…All parts of Adansonia tree are edible, that is, fruit pulp, seeds, leaves, flowers, roots, and bark and are commonly used in medicinal concoctions due to their antimicrobial, anti‐malarial, anti‐oxidant and anti‐inflammatory properties (Rahul et al, 2015). Some of the ailments treated include diarrhoea, smallpox, measles, malaria, toothache, tuberculosis and fever (Eltahir & Elsayed, 2019).
