Agrobacterium-Mediated Transformation of Amaranthus cruentus L. Epicotils

Abstract: Red amaranth Amaranthus cruentus L. is a valuable fodder and grain crop. To generate new varieties of this plant, genetic transformation methods can be used, but for A. cruentus such methods remain undeveloped.
