Airway management of a patient with severe post burn mento-sternal contracture: A novel approach

Abstract: Airway management in patients with severe post burn mentosternal contracture is always a challenge for the anaesthesiologist. Difficulty in intubation occurs due to contracture and fixed flexion deformity of the neck resulting in nonalignment of oropharyngeal and laryngeal axis.
