Alignment-Free Sensing Module for Absolute and Incremental Lines in Linear Positioning System Based on Tunneling-Magnetoresistance Sensors

Abstract: An alignment-free sensing module for the positioning system based on tunneling magnetoresistive (TMR) sensors with an absolute-incremental-integrated scale is demonstrated.
