The relevance of the study is due to the problem of finding optimal solutions for organizing training sessions, the need to form the personality of a teacher in a difficult social and pedagogical situation. The leading research method is a pedagogical experiment on the organization of distance learning for students, the method of theoretical substantiation of the formation of the "Digital Educational Ecosystem" project, the method of practical implementation of the digital environment in work with educational organizations and schoolchildren. This article presents practical solutions for organizing training sessions, pedagogical practices, conducting state final certification through the use of interactive educational platforms, social networks, and instant messengers. An equally significant result of the study is the educational component of the formation of a future teacher in a difficult social situation.

The article deals with a topical problem – the development of distance education in the context of modern society’s digitalization. This problem is considered in view of the growing importance of electronic educational resources (EER) to increase the educational process efficiency through a remote interactive mode. The analysis of the given results helped to highlight the current problems of modern education in a distance format: the lack of contact interaction between the participants, which allows implementing a differentiated approach and solve educational problems; compliance with the mandatory requirements of distance education by students (student’s rigid self-discipline and high motivation); free access to EER; an increase in the number of independent tasks and the absence of constant feedback from students, etc. To solve the mentioned problems, it is necessary to ensure the organization of the educational process aimed to develop students’ sustainable interest in learning.

Modern professional training involves the search for new tools and techniques to optimize the educational process and aims to increase the effectiveness of professional training of future engineers-teachers. At the same time, the competition in the market of educational services has increased the requirements for the quality of professional training, which requires the introduction and implementation of modern educational technologies. The aim of the study is to study the key aspects of the application of modern educational technologies in the professional training of future engineers-teachers. Methods: analysis, synthesis, deduction, abstraction, generalization, concretization, observation, questionnaire, survey, empirical method. Results. Based on our study are allocated the key aspects of readiness of engineers-teachers for introduction of modern educational technologies. The first condition is the readiness of university teachers to organize the process of training future engineers-teachers with the use of modern educational technologies and their active introduction into the educational process. The second aspect concerns the fact that the formation of individual styles of highly qualified specialists is possible with the development of non-standard thinking and individual approaches to each student, which is impossible without the introduction of modern educational technologies. The third condition for successful training of engineers-teachers for the introduction of modern educational technologies is to develop in them a desire for continuous professional self-improvement, self-education and self-education.
