A network of queueing-inventory systems is considered where the inventories are replenished by a common central server. Travel times for transport of the items send out from the center and an adaptive dispatching regime to direct transportation towards the locations with queueing-inventory systems are incorporated in the model. The stationary distribution of the system is of product form and is explicitly given. An optimization procedure is developed to find for given locations of the queueing-inventory systems an optimal location for the replenishment center. Optimization is with respect to overall utilization of the resources measured in total throughput of the queueing-inventory systems.

In this article, a sustainable network of distribution of agricultural items with suppliers, distribution centers, and retailers is considered. The main purpose of presenting the mathematical model in this article is to determine the optimal number and location of suppliers, assigning suppliers to distribution centers and optimal routing for the distribution of agricultural items to retailers in a predefined time window. Also, determining the optimal amount of inventory and the reorder point in retailers and distribution centers is another problem decision. To model the problem, some parameters of the model were considered non-deterministic and were controlled by the probabilistic fuzzy method. The results of solving numerical examples in different sizes showed that with the increase of the total costs of the distribution network of agricultural items, the amount of greenhouse gas emissions decreases, and the employment rate increases. Also, with the increase of the uncertainty rate, due to the increase of the real demand and the change in the optimal amount of production, distribution, storage and reorder point, the values of all the objective functions also increase. It was also observed by solving different numerical examples with NSGA II and MOGWO algorithms, these algorithms have been able to solve the problem in a much shorter period than the epsilon constraint method, and comparison indicators such as NPF, MSI, SM, and computing time show These algorithms have a high efficiency in solving numerical examples of the problem of the distribution network of agricultural items.

Складність організації транспортно-логістичних систем постачань швидкопсувних харчових продуктів обумовлена, з одного боку, – участю великої кількості ланок у ланцюзі, а з іншого боку, – особливостями швидкопсувних вантажів, а саме: розпорошеність пунктів виробництва швидкопсувних харчових продуктів; сезонність виникнення вантажопотоків; складність узгодження процесів навантаження-вивантаження на взаємодіючих видах транспорту; недетерміноване прибуття рухомого складу до пунктів перевалки; недетермінований режим підвезення вантажів до оптових точок збору; необхідність проходження фітосанітарного та ветеринарного контролю при перетині державних кордоні, тощо. Побудова ефективної моделі транспортно-логістичної системи постачань швидкопсувних харчових продуктів полягає у знаходженні найкращого варіанту її функціонування з безлічі можливих, враховуючи, що: час циклу виконання замовлення за відхиленнями від заявлених замовником термінів і кількість запасів в транспортно-логістичній системі, мають бути мінімально допустимими. Відповідно постає задача поєднання оптимальних логістичних процесів з оптимально необхідною кількістю продуктів, розмір яких визначається поточними потребами клієнтів, тобто в урівноваженні витрат постачання з витратами зберігання. В статті розглянуто проблему побудови ефективного транспортного процесу в ланцюгах постачань швидкопсувних харчових продуктів. Запропоновано економіко-математичну модель, що дає змогу, задля уникнення пробок і заторів під час руху, визначати час знаходження транспорту в дорозі, мінімальний інтервал часу руху транспортного засобу по магістралі, максимальну кількість транспортних засобів, що можуть одночасно знаходитися на трасі та інші параметри необхідні для вирішення конкретного завдання у транспортно-логістичній системі постачань швидкопсувних харчових продуктів. Крім того, вона забезпечує найкращу комбінацію ціна-час-відстань для ефективної роботи ланцюга постачань швидкопсувних харчових продуктів.
