An ontological analysis of medical Bayesian indicators of performance

Abstract: BackgroundBiomedical ontologies aim at providing the most exhaustive and rigorous representation of reality as described by biomedical sciences. A large part of medical reasoning deals with diagnosis and is essentially probabilistic.
