“…The described findings are consistent with a cystic papillary neoplasm of undetermined malignant potential (probably, low), most likely originating from bronchial glands. The final dia-gnosis was sialadenoma papilliferum (SP), a rare subset of ductal papilloma of minor salivary gland origin, also described in the bronchi [3][4][5]. In our opinion, this tumour could be considered as a "salivary gland type bronchial neoplasm".…”
