Análise De Parâmetros Bioquímicos Do Sangue De Camundongos Tratados Com Lidocaína

Abstract: Estudos anteriores sobre os efeitos colaterais da Lidocaína mostraram que ao ser administrada cronicamente em camundongos, causava lesões nos rins e no fígado. Neste trabalho, avaliou-se, por meio de testes bioquímicos (Bilirrubina, Transaminase Pirúvica -TGP, Transaminase Oxalacética - TGO e Creatinina), a hepatotoxicidade e a nefrotoxicidade do anestésico.
