The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the COVID-19 disaster on MSME actors in Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The approach used in this research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documents. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling. The informants in this study consisted of 4 key informants, 10 main informants and 3 additional informants. The technique of checking the validity of this research is using triangulation technique. The results showed that the impact of the COVID-19 disaster on MSME actors in Mataram City was very influential and the business of MSME actors experienced a decline. This is because the businesses of many MSME actors have closed, due to restrictions on activities made by the government. So that many MSME actors reduce employees to reduce losses that occur. As a result, a lot of unemployment occurs due to Termination of Employment (PHK). The steps taken to develop a business during the Covid-19 era are by doing promotions online and by word of mouth (manually). Then the income of MSMEs during the Covid-19 period decreased compared to before Covid-19. The efforts made by the Mataram City government in increasing MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic are tax relaxation, providing Social Safety Nets (JPS), providing Social Assistance (Bansos) providing training and equipment, issuing pre-employment cards, providing funds or equipment, helping packaging , as well as helping to market the results of SMEs.

Kajian ini dilakukan untuk menggambarkan serta mengukur : Kebijakan pendidikan anak usia dini di masa pandemic, stabilitas mutu pembelajaran anak usia dini pada era pandemi. Tujuan dari penelitian ialah untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis kebijakan pendidikan dan mutu pendidikan pada tingkat anak usia dini di masa pandemi. penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis studi pustaka. Hasil dari studi pustaka ini menunjukkan : Kebijakan pendidikan pada anak usia dini di era pandemi desease tergolong adaftif, terlihat dari sejauhmana guru/sekolah dengan bekerjasama wali siswa dalam mengupayakan terlaksananya pembelajaran melalui media yang disesuaikan guna tetap memberi asupan pembelajaran di rumah bagi anak sejak dini, dan stabilitas mutu pembelajaran anak usia dini pada era pandemi cukup terjaga, ditinjau dari harmonisasi hubungan yang dibangun hingga tetap memberikan stimulus dan respon positif bagi anak didik. Walaupun sedikit mengalami kendala akibat perubahan kegiatan belajar-mengajar dari sisi pra pandemi sampai saat ini.

The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic has implications for the global economic sector, including in Indonesia. The decline in economic performance is not only felt by large multinational and national companies, but also by MSME players. This research aims to examine the factors of resilience of MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic, so that the results of this research can be a survival strategy for MSMEs, especially during the pandemic. The research data was collected through an interview process with 100 food and beverage MSME actors who have halal certification and who do not have halal certification in Banda Aceh City. After that, MSMEs will be grouped into MSMEs that have resilience and do not have resilience for further analysis. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and logistic regression analysis. Based on the research results, the factors that positively and significantly affect the resilience of MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic are the characteristics of entrepreneurship and government support.
