Based on previous research, some examples of students' conceptual mistakes include misinterpreting and misusing mathematical concepts, such as errors in finding the roots of quadratic equations using factoring (Safitri, Halini, & Nursangaji, 2018;Angraini & Kartini, 2020), misunderstanding the symbol ± (Safitri, Halini, & Nursangaji, 2018), and making errors in determining or writing formulas to answer math problems (Sura et al, 2021;Hakim & Hendriana, 2022;Fauziah & Astutik, 2022;Safitri, Halini, & Nursangaji, 2018).
