The movement needs that always increases will cause some problems, especially people are heading to the same destination of the certain area at the same time. To reduce the problems caused by the increase in the number of movements, it is necessary to analyze the future distribution of aircraft passenger movements. The research model is the distribution of aircraft passenger movements in Java Island using the Furness model. In this case, it is found that the Furness model is the best method because have a standard deviation and mean absolute percentage error to the smallest. It could be concluded that the Furness model is more accurate when compared to the Gravity Model (DGCR) with tanner obstacle function in estimating the distribution of movements in 2025 in Java Island

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the alleged cartel practices carried out by the airline PT Garuda Indonesia, Tbk, namely by the increasingly high price of airline tickets and how their impact on the stock price movement itself. This practice is not permitted in Indonesia and almost all countries in the world, but this becomes very dilemmatic in the current aviation business if the ticket price is not raised the company will bear substantial losses but on the other hand consumers are very disadvantaged and can sacrifice the country's economy if countries that depend heavily on air transportation such as Indonesia. Considering that PT Garuda Indonesia, Tbk is a state-owned company of the Republic of Indonesia which has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange under the GIAA stock code, whether news of alleged cartel practices by GIAA could affect the public investors in the capital market in making a decision to make a selling or buying transaction on GIAA shares.Keywords: cartel practices, garuda indonesia, capital markets

“…Berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 1 tahun 2009 tentang Penerbangan Pasal 122 Ayat 2 jaringan dan rute penerbangan luar negeri dengan mempertimbangkan kepentingan nasional, permintaan jasa angkutan udara, pengembangan parawisata, potensi industri dan perdagangan, potensi ekonomi daerah dan keterpaduan intra dan antarmoda [3]. Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 69 Tahun 2013 tentang Tatanan Kebandarudaraan Nasional menyebutkan, bandar udara internasional di daerah destinasi pariwisata dibangun dan dikembangkan sebagai hub dan pintu gerbang pariwisata nasional, serta bandar udara domestik di sekitarnya berperan sebagai pendorong dan penunjang kegiatan pariwisata; Bandar udara yang terletak di wilayah koridor ekonomi dikembangkan guna meningkatkan konektivitas ke pusat-pusat kegiatan ekonomi; Mengendalikan jumlah bandar udara yang terbuka untuk penerbangan ke/dari luar negeri, dengan mempertimbangkan pertahanan/ keamanan negara [4], dan peningkatan integrasi konektivitas dari bandar udara menuju lokasi wisata menggunakan moda lanjutan seperti yang telah dilakukan di Pulau Jawa [5].…”

Tourism industry is one of the leading industries in the foreign exchange earnings for the national development. Due to the increase of tourism potential, tourism sector requires the supporting infrastructure for the accessibility. The tourist accessibility particularly the international tourists can be facilitated by considering the provision of international airport. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the provision of the airport international facility. The data collection methods were carried out by using in-depth interview with the organizer of the airport and through analysis and evaluation on the indicators and benchmarks for upgrading the status from domestic to international. The indicators which are used to upgrade the status to be the international airport are the demand of air transport services, national concerns, tourism potential, industry, trade, the integration of intermodal and multimoda transportation, and the local economy potential. The result of analysis and evaluation on the provision of airport infrastructure that have been currently surveyed is fairly adequate to be developed to be the international airport. It can be seen from the current condition showing the development stages of the facilities, such as runway, apron, and the flight safety conducted by the airport organizer. The main factor to upgrade the status to be the international airport is that it supports the tourism sector especially as the tourist attraction (domestic and international) towards the destination.
