Tourism development requires holistic and integrated planning between environmental, economic development and community empowerment aspects so that the pattern of development can be sustainable. In the literature on sustainable tourism development, at the conceptual and operational (practical) levels, the principles of sustainable development are adopted and used. The environmental problems are the result of economic development that ignores the involvement of local communities and becomes the main cause of the emergence of the sustainable tourism concept. Indonesia"s cultural and topographical diversity is the main reason why the government sets the direction and focus of Indonesia's tourism development in the future towards the "sustainable" policy. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out the use of nature and culture in sustainable tourism development. This research is a literature study with a descriptive-analytical research method. Researchers collected data from scientific journals, books, literature, and publications that are relevant to being a source of data for this research. The result of this literature review is that the concept of sustainable tourism demands harmony between the local, social and economic environment. Community empowerment is the key to sustainable tourism development.

The independent curriculum on the independent learning platform has been launched. There are not a few teachers who are not ready and have sufficient understanding to implement it, including PJOK teachers in SMA Kota Semarang where the PJOK subjects phase E (grade 10) and phase F (grades 11-12) do not yet have a flow of learning objectives and teaching modules. This PkM activity aims to provide assistance in technical guidance instilling an understanding of the independent curriculum, identifying learning outcomes, learning objectives (ATP), and Teaching Modules. The methods used are lectures, discussions, training and mentoring. Participants in the activity were PJOK SMA Semarang teachers, totaling 75 people. The results of the activity showed an increase in teacher motivation and understanding as well as the ability to develop independent curriculum teaching tools.Kurikulum merdeka dalam platform merdeka belajar telah diluncurkan. Tidak sedikit guru yang belum siap dan memiliki pemahaman yang memadai untuk mengimplementasikannya, termasuk juga guru PJOK di SMA Kota Semarang dimana mata pelajaran PJOK fase E (kelas 10) dan fase F (kelas 11-12) belum tersedia alur tujuan pembelajaran dan modul ajarnya. Kegiatan PkM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam bimbingan teknik penanaman pemahaman kurikulum merdeka, mengidentifikasi capaian pembelajaran, alur tujuan pemnbelajaran (ATP), dan Modul Ajar. Metode yang digunakan ceramah, diskusi, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Peserta kegiatan adalah guru-guru PJOK SMA Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 75 orang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi dan pemahaman serta kemampuan guru dalam menyusun perangkat ajar kurikulum merdeka.

The COVID-19 pandemic caused most students to experience learning loss after joining online learning for almost 2 years. Learning loss is a student's condition experiencing learning setbacks academically due to the factors of the non-sustainable educational process. The study aimed at analyzing the learning loss phenomenon experienced by elementary school students in the COVID-19 post-pandemic situation. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach. The population of the study was 401,321 distributed students, and the sample was gained through conducting two sampling techniques, such as random cluster sampling and accidental sampling, with a final sample of 1,104 students. The data collection methodologies conducted were interview, observation, and questionnaire. The questionnaire used contained 15 questions that had been validated before. The data analysis of the study was conducted interactively using 3 techniques, such as data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The descriptive analysis was conducted by using the Guttman scale with the percentage statistic technique. The result of the study showed that there were learning loss phenomena in the post-pandemic situation, a condition seen from the researched dimensions in the low and medium categories. Moreover, a high level of learning loss was found in the rural area. This was observed from several things, such as the learning facilities provided, the parent's role, and the learning methodologies conducted. To resolve learning loss, we need to participate all parties in the learning process, which in this context means mending a good relationship with the community and parents to improve the learning quality, which is assisted with innovative learning models.
