Impact of Self Management on Learning Achievement with Self-Motivation as Intervening VariableThis study was conducted to determine the effect of self-management on learning achievement, with self-motivation as an intervening variable. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research subjects were students of the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, who had finished taking self-management courses in 2020. The population was 135 students. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling and calculated using the Slovin formula, until a sample of 98 students was obtained. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study indicate that self-management has a significant effect on learning achievement, with self-motivation as an intervening variable.
