Objectives: To explore the influencing factors of residents' psychological status during standardized training in COVID-19 for finding ways to promote their mental health.Methods: A total of 760 residents were surveyed with a structured questionnaire. Correlation analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of psychological status of the residents, and a mediation model was constructed to verify the mediating role of satisfaction.Results: Age, willingness to study medicine, and satisfaction were positively correlated with negative psychological status (P < 0.05). And gender, only child or not, and annual household income (RMB) were negatively correlated with negative psychological status (P < 0.01). Residents' satisfaction with standardized training mode plays a complete mediating role between annual household income and negative psychological status.Conclusions: Our findings emphasize the importance of concentrating on resident's psychological status and family economic situation. And relative departments should take action to optimize the standardized training mode to improve the satisfaction.

The emergence of dynamic problems in the field of Human Resources (HR) in most startup companies in Indonesia resulted in a decrease in employee Job Performance. One of them is the decrease in job Performance of employees in startup companies ConecWorld Surabaya, which in fact Job Performance is one of the most important instruments in the process of achieving a company's goals, therefore the factors in it are very interesting to study. This study aims to determine the effect of Self-Efficacy and Locus of Control on Job Performance of employees of Startup companies ConecWorld Surabaya. This study was conducted at the Startup company ConecWorld Surabaya with a total population and a sample of 50 employees. Data from this study is the primary data obtained through the interview method, the dissemination of questionnaires and observations. The method of data analysis in this study using SEM (Structural Equation modeling) with the analysis tool PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study show that both Self-Efficacy and Locus of Control are able to support the improvement of employee Job performance, evidenced by the higher level of Self-Efficacy and the ability of Locus of Control that exist in employees, it can improve the Job Performance of conecworld Surabaya startup employees.

This study describes the results of research on the implementation of the Quizizz application in learning with distance learning mode. It has three main objectives 1) to find out how to apply the Quizizz application as an assessment medium based on higher-order thinking skills; 2) the impact of the application of Quizizz as an assessment medium based on higher-order thinking skills on students' learning motivation; and 3) supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of Quizizz. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach and data were collected using observation, implementation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis was carried out by grouping and presenting the data of 69 respondents and drawing conclusions. The use of Quizizz as an assessment medium based on HOT skills is carried out during daily tests, mid-semester, and end-semester tests. Based on the data, it was obtained information that the level of student learning motivation using Quizizz media based on higher-order thinking skills showed an average of 69.91. Furthermore, the supporting factor for the application of Quizizz media is that students are familiar with the use of Quizizz and the many tasks available on Quizizz. The inhibiting factor is that the internet connection at the student's residence still tends to be less supportive of online distance learning.
