Annoyance response to aircraft noise exposure: a case study carried out in Brazil

Abstract: This study reports the first effort to assessment of community annoyance caused by aircraft noise exposure in Brazil. The purpose of this study is to assess the exposureeffect relationship for aircraft noise in Brasília. The percentages of people who felt annoyed and highly annoyed have been used to assess the dose-response and both were obtained using a survey.
