Antioxidantes Inorgânicos em Frutos Amazônicos

Abstract: RESUMOA região amazônica apresenta várias espécies frutíferas com potencial agronômico, tecnológico, nutricional e econômico. Existem poucas informações sobre a composição inorgânica de muitas destas matérias-primas.
