One of the environmental problems in Indonesia is population growth. The effect of increasing population is an increase in the volume of waste. One way to deal with waste is to provide TPS. One of the areas in Indonesia that needs to add TPS facilities is in Sleman Regency (Depok District and Mlati District). The purpose of this research is to find out the population of Depok and Mlati Sub-districts in the next 10 years, to find out the mapping of the location of the Green Open Space area in Depok and Mlati Districts., to know the mapping and determination of TPS3R in Depok and Mlati Districts using a Geographic Information System (GIS) application. The research phase started from determining the sample location of TPS with parameters of distance to built-up land, distance to highway and distance to river. Mapping the suitability of TPS locations using a GIS application. Recommendations for the type of TPS that are suitable for the mapping location using a GIS application. The results of this study are the population of the next 10 years, Depok District is 130,981 people, Mlati District is 100,500 people. Location of Green Open Space in Depok District: Jl. Raya Solo-Yogyakarta Km. 10, Candok. The location of the green open space area in Mlati District: Jl. KRT Pringgodinigrat No. 22, 24, 27, Jl. Sidomulyo, Jl. Cebongan No. 15, Gemawang. The recommended location for the construction of TPS in Sleman Regency (Depok Subdistrict and Mlati District) based on an analysis using Geographic Information Systems are; a) Depok District : Jl. Gambuh 54-34, Mg. Muria, Jl. Wijaya Kusuma, Jl. Citra Kedaton No. 19, Jl. Mataram Sewers, Jl. Melon Mundusaren 12-137, Jl. Mathematics 30-32, Jl. Durmo, Manukan, Jl. Affandi, Gejayan, Jl. Waru, Gejayan, Kayen, Jl. Banyu, Manggung, b) Kecamatan Mlati : Jl. Purbaya, Warak Kidul, Jl. Cebongan 1, Jontungan, Jl. Ketingan, Jl. District No.96, Konden, Sumberadi, Rajeg Wetan, Nambungan, RT.07/RW.31, Cebongan Kidul, Jl. Bajang Reef.
