“…The adaptability of the results of digitalization of the labor market according to the "flexibility" parameter depends on: external, internal and digital flexibility, as well as wage flexibility (Bukht & Heeks, 2017), which determines the transformation of the labor organization process, puts forward new requirements for the digital literacy of economically active human resources and their competitiveness. The socio-economic component of human potential is "social protection", within the framework of the (Brych & Borysiak, 2016;Bukht & Heeks, 2017) methodology, it provides: protection of jobs, support of employment, guarantee of payment of earned income, combined protection.
