Using a website has become a primary method for delivering information, doing promotion, and marketing activities. E-commerce business people acknowledged the importance of developing a reliable website to reach the market through the internet, as part of e-service, especially in a country with a large market share like Indonesia. Unfortunately, not every e-commerce web designer is aware of the website accessibility criteria, the lack of awareness creates barriers for persons with disabilities to access e-commerce websites, as buyers and sellers. The accessibility gap of those website limits the ability of persons with disabilities to optimize the presence of e-commerce as an economic opportunity. We need to overcome the barriers to create an inclusive society in Indonesia. This paper aims to provide an overview of the accessibility of e-commerce websites in Indonesia, to find the common web accessibility issues, classified them comparatively into several tiers, type of issues, and then calculates the correlation of total issues with the number of visitors. This study analyzes 39 e-commerce websites. We evaluate based on Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, using an automated tool called "aXe". The study shows evidence of various accessibility issues of e-commerce websites in Indonesia, emphasizing the necessity of web designers to pay more attention to accessibility for users with disabilities. This study also provides several recommendations to website accessibility as part of e-service quality.

Pengembangan aplikasi web membutuhkan arsitektur yang sederhana namun kuat dari sisi back-end sampai front-end. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut framework MERN Stack menjadi populer digunakan. Teknologi ini merupakan kombinasi dari beberapa layer seperi MongoDB, ExpresJS, ReactJS dan NodeJS yang berfokus pada satu bahasa pemrograman yaitu JavaScript. Implementasi MERN Stack pada studi kasus ini adalah untuk pengembangan dan implementasi sitem Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) berbasis web pada SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Program Khusus Kartasura. Evaluasi kualitas sistem dilakukan dengan tiga metode testing yaitu black-box testing, system usability scale (SUS), dan page speed test. Hasil pengujian black-box menunjukan sistem memiliki fungsionalitas yang sesuai dengan prosentase kesalahan 0%. Sedangkan pengujian SUS menghasilkan nilai rata-rata 78,98 yang berarti aplikasi berada pada level acceptable dan bisa digunakan untuk kasus riil. Pengujian performa kecepatan akses web menggunakan Google page speed test dan GTmetrix menunjukan performa yang baik dengan nilai mencapai 73 dan waktu load rata-rata 7 detik.

E-commerce has become a popular method to provide customers with their needs. This paper aims to evaluate the usability of an e-commerce Chamberlain Coffee website using remote usability testing, eye-tracking, and system usability scale (SUS). Then, it attempts to compare the effectiveness of these usability evaluation techniques. Ten users have been selected to perform a set of predefined tasks. This paper followed an experimental approach, in which both qualitative and quantitative approaches were employed to collect and analyse the data. Qualitative data were collected through eye-tracking, whereas quantitative data were collected through remote usability testing and SUS. The research findings have shown that several user interface design problems have impacted the user's performance and efficiency in terms of task success, task time, errors rate, heatmap, and overall satisfaction. The identified usability issues were rated according to their severity and impact on the user's performance in using the website. As a result, the usability evaluation methods revealed minor and major issues with the selected website.
