The article considers the main stages of development of the transport and logistics market, analyses changes in the supply chain and market trends, reveals their impact on acceleration of digitalization processes, reveals measures to reform the railway industry, noted the development of the new Eurasian logistics infrastructure, summarized the results of Kazakhstan’s foreign trade for 2022, showed opportunities for the development of alternative transport corridors and infrastructure facilities, as well as directions of private investments of residents of the economies of Kazakhstan and neighboring states (China, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan) in the development of its transport infrastructure and logistics, foresight for business for the next 10 years is given.

Purpose: To propose methodology for calculating actual throughput on railway line with full consideration of racing and drag effect of trains along their way on resulting actual throughput. Methods: Methods of analytical review, simulation and dynamic modeling, mathematical modeling were applied. Results: Analytical transformations of well-known formula for calculating throughput were performed. Analytical formula has been obtained that allows calculating actual throughput with higher accuracy. Practical significance: The results of the study can be used in the dispatch centers of JSC "Russian Railways" transportation management for more complete analysis of the operation of the polygon of a road, railway lines or individual sections in order of more detailed analysis of work, performed on transportation.

Background. This article presents the results of a study of the impact of virtual reality on modern education. The comparison of traditional education and education using virtual reality is carried out. Materials and methods. Methods of system analysis, data analysis, comparison, systems theory were used. Results. The importance of virtual reality in education is revealed, which allows expanding the possibilities of remote interaction between people. The possibility of using virtual reality in an educational environment in order to improve the quality of assimilation of educational material, visualization of educational material is shown. Conclusion. The article examines the role of virtual reality in modern education. It has been established that the material learned through the VR simulator is much more effective in contrast to classical teaching methods.
