Abstract: Food contamination could become the cause of high incidence of typhoid fever in Malang. Sempol is a well known traditional food in Malang, Indonesia, made from chicken meat and egg. Bad hygiene and sanitation in processing and selling will impact to contamination of Salmonella sp on Sempol.
