Abstract:Cerebral venous thrombosis associated to the monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance has been rarely reported. In this paper, we discuss the case of 68-year-old man who presented repeated comitial. A cerebral Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) showed cerebral venous thrombosis.
