Automatic on‐line solid‐phase extraction with ultra‐high performance liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry for the determination of ten antipsychotics in human plasma

Abstract: An automatic on-line solid-phase extraction with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry method was developed for the simultaneous determination of ten antipsychotics in human plasma. The plasma sample after filtration was injected directly into the system without any pretreatment. The other configuration of automatic SPE‐UHPLC‐MS/MS system using a dual‐dilution strategy is shown in Figure C .
