Basic Training Group III Patterns in the Network (Online): Perceptions of Participant Satisfaction and Learning Outcomes

Introduction/Main Objectives: This study aims to analyze the relationship between education financing management and effectiveness and efficiency in the learning process. Background Problems: The issue of education financing must be an essential part of education development. Educational financing management planning in fulfilling educational facilities and infrastructure must bring about an effective and efficient nature. Novelty: This study of the literature study approach is a differentiator from the results of other people's research. Research Methods: This research was prepared using qualitative methods and a literature research approach to obtain information from various references relevant to the subject matter and the purpose of this research. Finding/Results: This study shows that financing planning is essential in realizing national education. Conclusion: One of the supporting factors is the planning of adequate facilities and infrastructure through an effective and efficient education financing plan. The process of planning and managing the financing of educational institutions is excellent and appropriate, and it will impact the provision of school facilities and infrastructure to the maximum. Finally, the process will also significantly affect the quality of education globally.

Evaluation of Online Learning for the Public Ethics Training Course for CPNS Batch I Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency 2020

This article aims to explain the online learning in the latsar CPNS since the covid-19 outbreak. The research method uses the pre-test and post-test. The number of samples is set at 40 respondent. Data was collected through an open survey technique with questionnaire-assisted instrument form Google. Analysis data is used as quantitative descriptive. The results of the study showed that the implementation of online learning had been carried out well amid the co-19 pandemic. The conclusion is a online learning model that is quite effective and can be used as a learning medium accompanied by Pandemic. In addition, as an agreement, an immediate policy on education costs must be carried out which is the impact of covid-19.

Independent Learning of the Blended Learning Model for CPNS Training Participants

This study aims to describe the tendency of learning independence of participants in the Basic Training for Candidates for Civil Servants (CPNS) in Sarolangun Regency who applies blended learning in training. The method used is qualitative descriptive. The research subjects were participants in the basic training for CPNS Sarolangun Regency in 2021 as many as two groups consisting of 18 participants. Data collection is done through direct observation of research subjects, researchers as well as research instruments directly observe when teaching CPNS Latsar training participants online. The results of the analysis show that the learning independence of the basic CPNS training participants is in the very good category. The indicators of learning independence include : 1) Independence from others, 2) Have self-confidence, 3) Behave in a disciplined manner, 4) Have a sense of responsibility, 5) Behave on their own initiative, and 6) Exercise self-control (Hidayati, 2010). The limitations of this study only describe the independence of the trainees, in the future it is necessary to know the independence of the instructor.
