Beneficial mycorrhizal symbionts affecting the production of health‐promoting phytochemicals

Abstract: Fresh fruits and vegetables are largely investigated for their content in vitamins, mineral nutrients, dietary fibers, and plant secondary metabolites, collectively called phytochemicals, which play a beneficial role in human health.
