Boreout sendromunun üretkenlik karşıtı iş davranışı üzerine etkisinde sanal kaytarmanın aracılık rolü

Abstract: İşyerinde çalışanın hiçbir iş yapmadan boş olarak oturmaktan sıkılması boreout sendromunu ifade etmektedir. İşgörenler bu sıkılma neticesinde özellikle mesai saatleri içerisinde sanal ortamda vakit geçirmek isteyebilirler yani sanal kaytarma davranışı gösterebilirler. Sanal kaytarma olumsuz olarak algılansa da boreout sendromunun olumsuz etkilerinin azaltılmasında faydalı olabilir. Bu durum sonucunda üretkenlik karşıtı iş davranışlarında da azalma gözlenebilir.
