Brazilian Constitution: The concept of family and family planning as a government strategy

Abstract: Neste artigo abordamos um estudo sobre os contextos jurídicos da Constituição brasileira em que se encontram a noção de família e de planejamento familiar, assim como as leis a respeito do planejamento familiar promulgadas após a Constituição de 1988.
