“…The XRD pattern shown in Figure 3A further confirms the existence of three solid solution phases, and both the FeCrNi‐rich and CuNi‐rich phases have the face‐centered cubic (FCC) structure, with similar lattice constants. The XRD result agrees well with previous results 26 . The DSC curve given in Figure 3B shows that the low‐melting‐point phase first melts at 836°C, and the alloy completely melts at 935°C.…”

“…Interestingly, almost all A, B, and C phases exhibited discontinuous growth morphology and rounded phase interface. Similar microstructure and phase constitution were also seen in the CoCrFeNiCuSn and FeCoNiCuSn HEAs in previous studies, and they were believed to be the microstructure formed through the liquid phase separation process 26,27 . The difference here is that the content of the low‐melting‐point C phase is much higher in this work, due to the change of proportions of alloying elements in the designed HEA composition, and it contributes to lowering the brazing temperature.…”

“…However, SiC ceramics have low ductility and poor toughness, and are easily broken when impacted. Therefore, they cannot be used alone, but need to be welded with metal materials to form composite armor to improve impact toughness and strength [3,4]. Titanium alloy has the characteristics of high strength, excellent toughness and tensile properties, and good corrosion resistance [5][6][7].…”
