Business Lobbying and the Prospects for American Climate Change Legislation

Abstract: Climate change policy in the United States of America is characterized by denial, modest embracement, and, recently, rejection. The fate of climate change legislation since Barack Obama was elected President shows the limits of an alliance of progressive businesses with mainstream non-governmental organizations.
