The host range of some isolates include, Nicotiana tabacum L., Petunia sp, tomato and species of Zinnia for TMV, and Tomato for ToMV; (Caner et al, 1990;Bastos et al, 1999;Maritan and Gaspar, 2001;Moreira et al, 2001;Eiras et al, 2002). In Sapopema, tomato plants growing under plastic houses, showing narrowing and leaf distortion in 90% of the plants, suggested a toxity caused by herbicide residues.…”
