Clinical usefulness of free light chain concentration as a tumor marker in multiple myeloma

Abstract: Monoclonal immunoglobulin, as a marker for monoclonal gammopathy, is evaluated by protein electrophoresis (PEP) and immunofixation electrophoresis (IFE).
