Ülkemizde demiryolu sistem ağının genişletilmesi fikri ile çok fazla yüksek hızlı tren projesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Aynı zamanda şuan yapım aşamasında olan ve üzerinde çalışılan birçok demiryolu projesi bulunmaktadır. Yüksek hızlı trenler (YHT), yolcu kapasitesinin yüksek olması, kısa süre yolculuk yapabilme imkânı vermesi, emniyetli, konforlu ve verimli bir ulaşım türü olması nedeniyle son dönemde dünyanın birçok ülkesinde ve ülkemizde trafik yükünü azaltmanın ana araçlarından biri haline gelmiştir. Bu çerçevede yüksek hızlı tren hatlarından biri olan Mersin-Gaziantep yüksek hızlı tren hattının yapımına devam edilmektedir. Yapılan bu çalışmada, hattın kullanılabilirliğini arttırmak için bu proje kapsamında Adana-Mersin arasında yeni inşa edilecek 2 yeni demiryolu için istasyonların önem sırasının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. İlk olarak en uygun istasyon seçimi için değerlendirme ölçütleri tanımlanmış, daha sonra Mersin-Adana arasındaki tren hattında belirlenen istasyonlar alternatif istasyon yerleri olarak ölçütlere göre değerlendirilmiştir. İstasyon konumlarını değerlendirmek için Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP) kullanılmış ve belirlenen lokasyonların önem sırası ortaya konmuştur.

This study aims to make the most appropriate decision at the procurement decision stage by comparing the technical features of UAV systems currently used and those to be used in the military field. For this purpose, the technical data of UAV systems, which are suitable for military use, produced by three domestic and five foreign companies, and are in the production phase, were collected. These collected data were analysed under the following headings: [At First, three criteria (Airtime, Maximum Altitude, and Payload Capacity) and TOPSIS and Fuzzy TOPSIS analysis are implemented. Then two more criteria (Cruise Speed and Maximum Speed) were added to these three criteria. Only TOPSIS analysis was performed.] separated and sorted by TOPSIS and the Fuzzy TOPSIS Method. In line with the findings, the Yabhon United 40 and Predator C Avenger models took first place in the TOPSIS three and five criteria rankings, respectively. It was determined that the Heron TP model took first place in the ranking with fuzzy TOPSIS.

Identification and Evaluation of the Ways of Meeting Patients' Expectations from a Hospital: An AHP-Weighted QFD Case Study In A Pediatric Hospital

The purpose of this study is to determine the expectations of pediatric patients from a hospital and find out feasible solutions to address these expectations. In accordance with this purpose, an AHP-weighted QFD case study was carried out in a pediatric hospital in Turkey. In order to determine the expectations of pediatric patients; face-to-face and semistructured interviews were used and the natural environment of the hospital was observed in many different times. Expectations of the children constituted the left part of the House of Quality (HoQ) of QFD and were weighted using the AHP. Then, technical requirements offering solutions to expectations of children were defined, other parts of the house were added and the whole HoQ was completed. The results show that, from the children's point of view, accommodation services was found as the most important factor and arrangement of the patient rooms as the most important sub-factor. All remaining factors and sub-factors were also evaluated and prioritized. It is hoped that this study can contribute to the related literature and the QFD model developed in the study can be taken as an example by similar and/or different hospitals. Finally, the limitations of this study and future research directions are outlined.
