Combined Neurofeedback and Heart Rate Variability Training for Individuals with Symptoms of Anxiety and Depression: A Retrospective Study

Abstract: Introduction.Neurofeedback (NFB) and heart rate variability (HRV) training present promising, nonpharmaceutical intervention strategies for anxiety and depression.
