Comercialização de pescado em restaurantes de balneários de Santarém e Belterra, Pará, Brasil

Abstract: A atividade pesqueira desempenha um papel essencial no sustento de milhões de pessoas em todo o mundo, sendo fonte de alimento e renda. A produção pesqueira gera grande diversidade de organismos utilizados comercialmente, onde os peixes se destacam.
