Comparative sequence analysis of vitamin K‐dependent coagulation factors

Abstract: Background: Prothrombin, protein C, and factors VII, IX, and X are vitamin K (VK)dependent coagulation proteins that play an important role in the initiation, amplification, and subsequent attenuation of the coagulation response.
