Many healthcare facilities do not have a system for monitoring patient medical records, which leads to one of the biggest conflicts for nurses and patients, as there is a great deal of information loss and data redundancy. To prevent such problems it is necessary to implement a web system, which organizes the medical records of each patient in a dynamic and continuous way. This work was carried out with the Scrum methodology, which is characterized by carrying out small and large projects in a given time, resulting in an efficient system. In this case study the four Sprint were determined, which are intended to be carried out by modules. The results of this application would have the diagnostics in an immediate time. The results obtained could help doctors, nurses, patients and mainly health centers to better diagnose the patient, optimizing the service and the control of information.

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the Peruvian market, generating a great loss in sales in Peruvian companies. The objective of the research is to develop a model to optimize sales with the use of digital marketing in a Peruvian company, the chosen methodology is DesingScrum, which is a hybrid of Scrum and Desing Thinking, with 10 phases (empathize, define. It has 10 phases (empathise, define, ideate, planning meeting, sprint backlog, daily meeting, sprint review, sprint retrospective sprint, prototype and testing) and the MarvelApp tool was used to create the prototype. The results are obtained after the completion of the review of each sprint, showing in detail how it was progressing in each sprint, and through the retrospective evaluated the development of the project for the realization of continuous improvement in the next product. Further prototype was made, with the application MarvelApp, which shows the model of e-business. Then testing was done through a survey that customers gave their opinions about the prototype and finally the digital marketing proposal was made by a model, which explains the interconnected tools to attract new customers. The conclusion is the construction of the digital marketing model according to the needs of the context to improve the sales of the company through e-business.

In recent years, the delay or non-arrival of a kidney donor has led to saturation and congestion of care in the country's medical centers, claiming the lives of thousands of people. Although it is true that nowadays there are a number of people who offer to make these donations, unfortunately this number has been decreasing due to the lack of patients waiting for a prompt intervention. In this work, we used a method called Design Thinking that allowed us to analyze and plan strategically the processes involved in making an assertive match in a shorter time between donor and patient. The project was applied in Lima, Peru. In this study, compatibility was determined through cross-comparisons of analysis of donors and patients from various hospital centers, and a rapid response was provided to the health center that has been requiring it for longer than other cases. As a result, we obtained rapid interaction and communication between health centers, and a decrease in the rate of patient deaths due to this problem. As a consequence, these results would help the different hospitals, as well as the patients with more waiting time to identify a potential match in a shorter time.
